We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources generalist.

Our HR Co-ordinator is a unique individual who is capable of working independently or taking a leadership role in a team situation, and who is willing to take on a wide range of duties – both senior level and administrative. You will be an integral part of our small business, contributing to our family atmosphere and to the success and growth of the company.

The duties of the HR Co-ordinator will include:

  • Advise management on federal and provincial labour laws, OH&S regulations, compensation and employment best practices
  • Maintain employee benefits and pension plans
  • Provide information and assistance to employees on human resources and work-related topics
  • Co-ordinate recruitment activities, including posting ads, pre-screening candidates and assisting with interviews
  • Conduct onboarding activities with new employees
  • Assist with payroll as required
  • Organize and lead employee meetings and activities
  • Maintain job descriptions, performance review documentation, HR policies and associated handbooks
  • Assist with accounting duties as required, led by CFO
  • Assist with marketing duties as required, led by Sales Manager
  • Assist with internal and external communications activities
  • General office management and administrative duties

The successful candidate will have:

  • A two-year Diploma in Human Resource Management or related University Degree
  • Three to five years of related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Superior leadership abilities
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Good computer skills


We require assembly technicians to assemble self-propelled pothole patchers in our busy shop. You will assemble, fit and install parts and components to form a finished product using various hand and power tools.

The successful candidate must have strong mechanical skills and knowledge. Experience with hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, and drive lines would be an asset. High school diploma, GED or equivalent is required, along with one or more years’ experience in a similar role. Secondary education in a related field is preferred.

Forklift license and training in safe crane operation would be considered an asset.
